Installation: Clean the magnets with a mild detergent and water as well as the metallic surface thoroughly and allow them to air dry. Cleaning both the magnet and the surface will help avoid scratching. If the magnets are bent or the corners are not flat, they may not adhere properly to the magnetic surface. We also recommend the magnets to lay flat in a warm, dry place for 24 hours before installing. This will ensure that your magnet properly adheres to the surface. Lastly, it’s important to note that magnets will not adhere to a plastic or non-metal surface. Some vehicles may have non-metal bumpers or parts where the magnet will not stick.
